Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We accept returns from (USA Only) You Have 30 Days for returns.
We Do Not Except Damaged Item. Items that are returned in a non-suitable condition (e.g. damaged, worn or returned with no tags) will not be eligible for a refund.
All Returns will be by Postal Mail; You Will Receive Return Shipping Label to print and attach to Product Box.
Once we have received and inspected the item(s) from your return then we will issue a refund. Refunds may take up-to 3-7 business days to be issued.
Therefore, you can request a refund or exchange for ordered products if:
- You did not receive item within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- If the item you received is not as described (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
